i have called them 3 times between yesterday and today and everytime the call goes to their voicemail. I have left a text for them on their mobile number and there is no reply from them. I filled up their online booking form but they have not sent a confirmation email yet. I would like to have my voucher refunded if I dont hear from them soon. Thanks.

I'm feeling a bit anxious considering some of the other comments here! I bought this deal a couple of weeks ago and just cannot get in touch with them via either of the two numbers on their site (incl text), or the email address, or the online form. As others have said, both numbers just go to voicemail.

GrabOne, will you refund? I imagine other people out there may have bought this deal hoping to get their carpets done before Christmas, so it's a wee bit worrying to think Red Cap are so busy yet offering the deal again...
