The offer looks promising but when I called to book an appointment before buying the deal, They booked me for 6:00PM Monday 25 Feb 2019, but later a guy called me at around 3:00 PM and said that their cut off time for servicing is 4:00 PM, so I cannot get the appointment they initially offered me. Timings on the offer show 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM when I asked the person he said its there by mistake.

Kindly correct it, I was lucky not to buy the service, otherwise, it would have costed me and I can't get it done before 6:00 PM.

Emma from GrabOne commented over 5 years ago. Hi Najeeb; we've now confirmed the full opening hours are as below. The last time available for the service is 4pm to allow the mechanics time to complete this:

Monday to Saturday: 8.00am - 6.00pm Sunday: 10.00am - 4.00pm

The deal has now been updated to make this clear :)
