I have emailed Outrigger today because my partner and I confirmed our dates yesterday and today our friends have also bought the deal so that they can also come on the same dates, but I have emailed Outrigger with no reply. I understand they are extremely busy but I just want to make sure that they will be able to return the deal if the dates dont work? I am hoping they can email me back asap so that we can get our flights etc together early next week.

Brianne Haydon commented over 10 years ago. Hi so just wondering if we booked in for our first night to be 14th sept, and we stayed 5 nights, our last night would be the 18th sept, with checkout on the 19th, would this be permitted as it says the deal expires on the 18th sept? Thanks.

We hope so too! It's just been so hectic with all the direct inquiries with Outrigger lately that they haven't been able to get in contact with everyone in such a short amount of time!

An alternative would be to call them directly on +0061 7 5579 1000!

Please note any family deals booked where the children are over 12 years there will be an additional person fee of $35 per night and Dreamworld passes will have to be purchased at the gate.

Our rooms cater to a maximum of four (4) guests.
Infant 0 – 2 years inclusive, Children 3 – 12 years Inclusive

Children/Infants 0 – 12 years of age sharing the room with their parents are free of charge, if using existing bedding and not exceeding the maximum room type occupancy.

An extra person fee of AUD$35 per night will be applied for children over the age of 12 years, sharing exisiting bedding or should they require a rollaway bed.

Porta cots are available for hire at AUD$15 per night; this can be arranged directly with the hotel- surfersparadise@outrigger.com.au or 61 7 5579 1000
