I know this is just a pie in the sky question, and I even know the answer but I thought I had to try, as you ask anything when your kids are involved.

My twin boys went for the first time to snow planet the a couple of months ago, and fell in love. They want their 9th birthday party there. Prob is that it's in june. I know this expires in April, but are there any deals that will extend to June?

If you bought two of any of our birthday products, yes they could be used at the same time. Was wondering how you justified a full day on the slopes when party on the weekend has to be after 4pm and during the week kids from 6-12 are at school so most likely after 3pm.
Rebecca Isted commented over 10 years ago. Please note you can not actually book a party over the phone, you need to get a form emailed to you , complete and scan back, no phone bookings are accepted. Please also note that Snowplanet is closed on 28 March so can not book that day.

Did you mention that it was a booking that was to be redeemed with a GrabOne voucher at all?

I've just clarified and confirmed these details with the merchant!

People do phone up to book but we do require a form filling out to confirm everything. This is to protect all parties. Birthday parties are not cheap to buy and not cheap to put on. It is therefore important we have an audit trail of who is coming, how many, when they will arrive, when they will go on the snow, what time they want to eat, what they want to eat and any special requirements they might have. This is a lot to take in so we insist the customer take responsibility for it so that they get exactly what they have asked for.
