Hi i have bought 4 adult tickets on 26 Feb 2020 , to visit Kelly tarlton's but as you can see its huge outbreak of Corona Virus in Auckland, so my family members is panic to visit as its closed from inside and crowded, so can i please get a refund. I have already contact Kelly tarlton's but they advice me to put a request on Grab one.
As i can understand on voucher there is no refund policy but its totally exceptional case at this stage as people want to stay in home rather than going outside in crowded place.
I am happy to provide you my voucher details if you can refund my 4 tickets.
