So I have a 5 bedroom house...it says it's an extra $20.00 for each extra room or open area such as lounge/dining room/kitchen...is it therefore an extra $20.00 for each bathroom, and extra $20.00 for the family room, and extra $20.00 for the lounge/dining/kitchen area being open, and extra $20.00 for the garage?

Any extra rooms or big open areas and garage is $20 each
