To confirm, this Comprehensive Cleaning & Service includes:

Indoor Unit
- Remove and clean the filters
- Apply coil cleaning chemical and wipe the cover
- Operational check and inspect the unit condition
- Temperature check
- Advise customer if there is mould present or any other issue with the heat pump

Outdoor Unit
- Apply coil clean treatment
- Wash the condenser coil from outside
- Clean the condenser unit and remove any debris or plant leaves
- Check the feet mounting and level of unit or any unusual noise in unit and advise the customer

Both the indoor and outdoor unit are included in this deal, thanks!

This isn't included in the deal however, i'd recommend reaching out to HVAC ELECTRIX LIMITED to see if this an option payable direct.
