Thank you for your enquiry. We will not charge a callout fee to get to you in Maraetai as we consider this part of the general Auckland area. We charge an hourly rate, and the GrabOne voucher will cover you for the first hour. The time starts when we arrive at your pick up address and finishes when the last item has been unloaded at your drop-off address. If the job takes longer than one hour, then you will be charged the additional hours at the standard rate, and this amount can be paid to the driver on completion of the job (mobile Eftpos is available). If I buy a coupon for the 9th for a move from Albany at 3 pm to Whenuapai (only a 13-15 min trip away) would this work? If not tomorrow, Wednesday Morning?
