Though they have assured me that they have customer feedback forms that they use after every clean to gauge results and will be posting these on their Facebook in the near future.

Deep Cleaning

Kitchen

Clean with chemical

• Scrub sinks & countertops

• Place dishes in the dishwasher if empty

• Clean surfaces & outside of appliances

• Clean inside of microwave

Clean and wipe down fridge and washing machine.



Bathrooms

• Scrub toilets, tubs & showers

• Scrub sinks & counters

• Clean shower doors, mirrors

with chemical.

All rooms

• Dust & Wipe down all furniture

• Dust and wipe windows and door

• Remove trash

• Vacuum carpets

• mop all floors(wooden)

• Dust and wipe down heater

• Vacuum sofas, chairs and under seat cushions

• Dust lamps and light fixtures.

• Clean outlets and switch plates

• Dust wall hangings and photos

• General tidy up and air freshen

Hi, is it possible to ask the cleaners to do specific things from their list provided, but not all things? e.g. I need all surfaces dusted really well and the tiles given an extra clean, spot clean marks on walls and light switches etc but don't need things like bathrooms, kitchen, vacuuming done???
