You will still earn STANDARD OR VMAX points depending on the session type you redeem your voucher on.

It is a discounted voucher but you will still earn either 100 point (in cinema purchase) OR 125 (online purchase), or 150 points for VMAX (in cinema) or 175 points (online purchase).
