I purchased this and was really disappointed to find it's the standard price on the goodnest website anyway, Oh plus the $20 call out fee that's mandatory on top. Very miss leading. :(
James MacAvoy commented over 8 years ago. Hi Benjamin, our hourly rates on the website are exclusive of GST and the call out fee. For example, if you bought the 1hr service for $35 on Grabone that includes call out fee of $20 plus GST in comparison if you booked online it would be $35 + $20 + GST. Hope that explains it better.
