Bookings essential. Subject to availability. Pick-ups are limited to within 15 km from the suburb of Remuera. Please ensure bags scheduled to be picked up are easily accessible. If the bag is not easily accessible, an additional fee of $5 will apply. If the bag is unable to be retrieved on arrival, a travel fee of $20 will still be invoiced. They cannot get full bags up or down steps and stairways and narrow gates can also be a problem, so your cooperation is appreciated.
Only organic garden rubbish is to go into the bag. This includes any normal compostable material, but not flax or bamboo or non-organic rubbish, (plastic, metal, paper etc) and soil, clay, rocks etc. Branches must not be larger than 100mm in diameter. If they are scheduled for a pickup and find any unwanted contents in the garden bag, additional fees will apply to cover the required work to dispose of the unwanted waste. Please do not overfill the bag or drag the bag across abrasive surfaces as this will damage it. Heavy and Overfull Bags: For health and safety reasons, please do not overfill your bag. The bags are man-handled and must be able to be moved safely by our drivers. They don’t have an automated/hoist on their trucks to remove the bags from the frame and then lift or empty the bags. Please ensure that there is no material protruding past the top of the bag. Valid service area is within 15km of Corinth Street, Remuera, Auckland. Areas outside the 15km threshold will strictly not be serviced. Normal charges will apply for any additional labour is required. Not valid on public holidays. While stocks last. No refunds unless required by law. No cashback. Not to be used with any other offer.
