It's ok to wear a bathing cap, but not recommended as it will significantly take away from the sensory deprivation experience. You will be able to fill it on your head, which is a bit counterproductive to what we are trying to achieve.

Hi Victoria, Yes float and the massage can take place on the same day or you can split them on two different days, which ever works for you. If you are doing them together float must come before the massage to avoid getting oils in the float tank, as it's hard to fully wash it off in the shower.
