Thanks for your enquiry.

The packages do not include mat shampoo if that's what you meant. We vacuum the whole interior with the Supreme package, but not with the Express Wash. You can still purchase the voucher, and mat shampoo is available as an additional service. The job is performed with a commercial grade shampoo machine. Charges vary depending on the size of the job.
