Cost?
Thanks
Melissa Hemi commented over 9 years ago. Can i book in for tomorrow night. ?
Richelle Carrick commented over 9 years ago. Is there a minimum amount of people? Would you do this for 3-4 people?
vanessa duffy commented over 9 years ago. Sorry I need extra clarification; so does this deal provide up to 25pax with x4 drinks each? And deal includes alcohol, mixers and glasses?
Thank you:)
Francia Tolson commented over 9 years ago. Morning guys!
Thanks for your interest in this deal.
We have contacted the merchant in regards to your question and they will be back in touch shortly with some answers.
Have a wonderful day! :)
Scott from Cocktailparties.co.nz commented over 9 years ago. Hey!

Nicole - It's an additional $60 to the Heads.

Melissa - Give me a call on 021-235-5463. It depends on where you are and what time you would like.

Richelle - No minimum amount of people. We have done c0cktails over dinners for two.

Hey Vanessa - the maximum amount of c0cktails served is 50 - so for 25 people it would 2 each (we normally suggest this for drink on arrival situations). As we are legally licensed - we provide everything - all you need to provide is the space, access to hot running water, and there must be substantial food at all events (we can provide catering if you need it)
Helen Boden commented over 9 years ago. Hi, if there were 8 of us then there would be a maximum of 50 drinks between us?
Francia Tolson commented over 9 years ago. Hi Helen,
Scott from Cocktailparties.co.nz will be back online shortly to advise :)
Scott from Cocktailparties.co.nz commented over 9 years ago. Hey Helen,

Because we promote responsible drinking - it works as a ceiling - it's either 2 hours of service - or - up to 50 c*cktails, whichever comes first. If you've got 8-10 people it will definitely last the two hours (from 12 years of experience it's pretty much spot on for 2 hours / 10 people drinking)
Sandy Thompson commented over 9 years ago. I sure hope this does not come through several times, I keep getting I have used an inappropriate word!!!! Which of course I have not! I did not understand your response to Helen, if one had say ten people, would they be able to have more than two drinks over the two hours, of course with food. With a limit being 50 max for the ten or so people? Thank you Sandy
Francia Tolson commented over 9 years ago. Hi Sandy,
Scott from Cocktailparties.co.nz will be back online shortly to clarify for you.
Scott from Cocktailparties.co.nz commented over 9 years ago. Hey Sandy,

The Grabone boards don't like the word 'c0cktails' - because of the first four letters!

Ok - two separate things:
1. The service lasts for up to 2 hours, or up to 50 cocktails - whichever comes first.
2. You can have a maximum of 25 people at the party.

Number 1 is the limits on the party given our responsible host policy.

If you have 25 people, it's going to be more of a 'c*cktail on arrival' situation, and your drinks service will last around 40 minutes to an hour

If you have 10-15 people it's going to last pretty close to 2 hours.

Does that make sense?
Sandy Thompson commented over 9 years ago. Yes it does. Thank you for you prompt response
Leanda Hunt commented over 9 years ago. Great deal! Do you use pre mixers or being everything with and mix on request? Thanks!! And if I bought 2 vouchers can I combine for larger party? Thank you!
Rachael O'Shea commented over 9 years ago. Hi,
Are you able to talk my 10 guests through the c@cktail making process and let them have a go if the are keen (time allowing)?
Arash from SLON Photography commented over 9 years ago. Hi Scott, It was great talking to you over the phone, as we discussed I've purchased one voucher to cover 50 guests (1 drink for each guest), will call/email closer to date to discuss the details. (28th May) Thanks. Arash
Mark Jackson commented over 9 years ago. Hi there,

How much does travel cost up Paraparaumu Beach, Kapiti Coast. Thanks
Mary Ansari commented over 9 years ago. Hi how big are the glasses plz? ( Last drink party I held the glasses were almost half the normal size ) tnx
Carol fuller commented over 9 years ago. Availability to Maraetai 7th May
Scott from Cocktailparties.co.nz commented over 9 years ago. Hey everyone,

Apologies for the late response - we've just been processing everyone through.

Availability checks - we have been completely booked out for GrabOne parties for May now in Auckland - we've still got availability in Bay of Plenty/Waikato and Wellington though. If you've called ahead I've pencilled you in, otherwise we can take more bookings from June in Auckland.

@Leanda - We make everything on site - nothing is premixed apart from our specialist syrups. Everything is shaken to request. In regards to doubling up on the vouchers, sadly we don't do that, but give me a bell, because we've got some discounted rates for bumping your party's numbers up if you need to.

@Rachel - yes! More than happy to get people behind the shakers and giving it a go themselves!

@Arash - thank you for your call - I've got you pencilled in. I'll be in touch next week to start collecting the details

@Mark - it's $50 to come up the coast. The bartenders will fight over that one!

@Mary - We bumped our glasses up from 133ml to 177ml years ago! (although all the bars were using the itty-bitty little martini glasses at the time) We'd be happy to make shake up a storm for you again, and yes, the glasses are bigger.

@Carol - I'm sorry, but as above, we are booked out for GrabOne vouchers for May - we've got to keep some of our bartenders free for pre-grabone parties and such!

I'll be on here for the rest of the afternoon if anyone else has any questions - otherwise send us an email or give us a call/text on 021 235 5463!
