The house is 160sqmtrs with a garage about 36sq mtrs (3 and a bit sides of the garage - joined to the house) is that ok for the 200mtr sq deal. And is this wash suitable before a house paint? I also have two decks that need to be done, approx 34sq mtrs, one (11mtrs ) with railings - (5 mtrs rails). Can this be do as extra? And I saw you do eaves, do you do the outside of the guttering? yes if your garage is attached and not a separate dwelling you will qualify for the $149 deal. Yes we cover Stanmore bay and include the outside of the guttering in the deal. price for deck cleaning is $2 per square metre. Railings will be an extra cost. hope this helps approx $50.
