Please try using a different internet browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, you can check at any time to see if you have redeemed your voucher successfully or not by visiting www.bigcherries.co.nz/deal entering your voucher and simply click "Redeem", should your coupon show as GREEN then it is still valid and unused. Please email us directly [email protected] and we will attempt to respond within 24hours. Any order update requests will be ignored, you must ensure the details you enter are correct, this includes the delivery date.

Sue Kesa commented over 10 years ago. Hi, I'm about to order my fourth box now. Except one time where the courier delivered a day or two late, all others came on time and fruit was very good quality. The box that arrived this morning was particularly good and the best variety so far. Will the same variety be available next week?

The Team from Mr Henry Cherries commented over 10 years ago. @Sue Thank you for your feedback, we do everything we can without our control, couriers always do their best too :) As the season progresses the varieties improve, we are currently doing Sweetheart which is our most popular variety, these will be dispatched from Monday the 18th January
The Team from Mr Henry Cherries commented over 10 years ago. @Angela That would be impossible, we overpack based on weights and measures so infact each box has closer to 2.1Kg net weight of Cherries. Our Compac sorter is state of the art and weigh stations are automatic filling, your scales would need to be calibrated to weights and measures NZ standards, please trust that we do this for you to ensure you get every gram you pay for.
