Yes you can leave the furniture. However the carpet under the carpet under the furniture will not get cleaned.
Yes a small room will be classified as 1 room.

Our new home is older but really nice. Before I purchase are you available this Thursday anytime or Friday morning for the new house & Monday anytime for the completely empty home we are moving out of?

Hi, I see it says 'Options for up to 5 bedrooms', however in the pull-down menu and stated in the description, there are only 3 options available (for 2-4 bedrooms). Is there any 5 bedroom options, or does this imply that I have to purchase a 2 and a 3 bedroom voucher to get the 5 I require? Cheers
