Lian Choong commented over 9 years ago. Hi, do you need to go in for several treatments or does the one treatment get you to the shade you want?

Thanks

Lian
julie lyons commented over 9 years ago. Hi. Just wondering if you can pick the shade of white you go? Cheers
Kat from Brighter Smile commented over 9 years ago. Hi Lian,
For most people one treatment is sufficient, if you have severe staining you may require two. Thanks
Kat from Brighter Smile commented over 9 years ago. Hi Julie,

As we are whitening your teeth back to their natural whiteness, we cannot choose which shade they go. On average we see between 8-10 shades whiter, but rest assured this will always look natural as we are removing stains not applying a white colour onto the teeth. Thanks
Kristy Cruickshank commented over 9 years ago. Hi there, my two bottom teeth are implants, would I still be able to get my teeth whitened?
Brandon van Blerk commented over 9 years ago. Hiya, one of my front teeth are false and had to be colour matched at the time. Is this a problem and would the colour be uniform post treatment?
Katherine from Brighter Smile commented over 9 years ago. Hi Kristy,

It is not a problem to whiten your teeth as you have implants. It is worth mentioning that your implants will not whiten past the colour they were manufactured however stains will be removed from the implants.

We are used to working with many clients who have dental crowns or implants, we check regularly throughout the treatment to ensure that we whiten your teeth evenly to remain consistent with the colour of you implants once staining has been removed.

Hope this helps,

Kind Regards,

Adam

It is not a problem to whiten your teeth with one of the front teeth being false. It is worth mentioning that your cap/crown/veneer or implant will not whiten past the colour it was manufactured however stains will be removed from it still.

We are used to working with many clients who have dental crowns, implants veneers etc, we check regularly throughout the treatment to ensure that we whiten your teeth evenly to remain consistent with the colour of you restorative/cosmetic dental work once staining has been removed.

Laura Tyson commented over 9 years ago. Hi guys,

Keep the questions coming for this great deal :)
Susan Hemara commented over 9 years ago. Are there many instances where teeth whitening would not be recommended?
Emma from GrabOne commented over 9 years ago. Hey Susan!
Thanks for your interest.
The Brighter Smile Team will be back online shortly to provide some further information for you :)
Kat from Brighter Smile commented over 9 years ago. Hi Susan,
We are unable to perform the treatment in instances such as; pregnancy or breastfeeding, if you have pre-existing dental issues such as gingivitis or cavities. Please see the FAQs page on our website for further info. If you come in for the treatment and we find you are not suitable, you will be eligible for a full refund. Thanks, Kat
Dorothy Carl Marsters commented over 9 years ago. Is it possible to use a two people deal for one person? So that one person is doing two treatments.
Kat from Brighter Smile commented over 9 years ago. Hi Dorothy, unfortunately not. The two person option must be used by 2 people as both of the treatments are done at the same time. Thanks
Graziella Tihlat commented over 9 years ago. Hi there. Is it possible to do this if you have veneer? If yes, how white can it be? Thanks
Micaela Ikinofo commented over 9 years ago. Hi Graziella,
The merchant will be online shortly to answer your question :)
Lisa Gooding commented over 9 years ago. Can you do the treatment for a child of 12 or is it adult only?
Francia Tolson commented over 9 years ago. Good Morning Lisa,
Kat from Brighter Smile will be back online shortly to advise :)
Kat from Brighter Smile commented over 9 years ago. Hi Lisa,
12 would be too young for a treatment. You must be 16 years or over to have the treatment done, however with parental consent we may allow teenagers to get the treatment done however the parent must be present at the consult. Thanks
Kat from Brighter Smile commented over 9 years ago. Hi Graziella,

Yes it is possible for us to do the treatment if you have veneers on some teeth. We will be able to remove surface staining on the veneers to bring them back to their original colour, however we cannot whiten them any more than the colour they were made. Our whitening practitioners are experts at shade matching, and will ensure that your teeth are all an even colour after the treatment. Thanks, Katherine
