Carole Kilincli commented over 4 years ago. Curious to know, when they say a minimum of 3 persons and the sale of tickets are from 1
etc,
If we are two does that mean we are not allowed to enter as I want to buy for a birthday present and just the two of us?
Cody from Break and Escape commented over 4 years ago. Hi Carole
As we have a minimum of 3 people, This means you will need to buy 3 vouchers even if only 2 people are playing. For just 2 people playing you will need to contact us via break and escape email to we can book just 2 people in.
Carole Kilincli commented over 4 years ago. That is what I thought but would suggest that this is information on the description of Grab One.
People are not going to be happy about finding they have to buy another ticket as I think they can there!
Of course, it is all written down but not all will realise this!

Cody from Break and Escape commented over 4 years ago. Hi Carole the reason for 1 person able to buy 1 ticket is if there is a group of 4 and they paid for just 4 people then there friend joins they can buy just the one voucher for them self. I am also sure that when voucher is booked in the email it also says minimum aswell. I will contact grabone and see if they can put this in clear sight for people.
Carole Kilincli commented over 4 years ago. You're perfectly correct, it was stated minimum which was where I came as noted, that and I wanted to gift a birthday present for 2 persons.
Grab One pointed out that I would have to buy another to allow them in.
Understand the 4 person's but my point to that was not all, would realize and suggested that it should be more prominent.
Emma from GrabOne commented over 4 years ago. Thanks both; we're just looking into this now with the merchant Carole :)
Bobby KHan commented over 4 years ago. I have a 8 and 11 year old will they be allowed with parents?
Emma from GrabOne commented over 4 years ago. The Break and Escape Team will be back soon to offer some advice on this for you Bobby :)
Cody from Break and Escape commented over 4 years ago. Hi Bobby, yes they will be allowed in the room with parents. :)
