The ferry tickets are valid for one year after we purchase the ticket for you. The bus might be able to pick you up and drop you off near your accomodation on the island. Please email us at bookings@batchwinery.com so we can assist you further.

Unfortunately, the ferry tickets are only valid for the ferry that departs from Auckland CBD. Feel free to reach out to us and book high tea at Batch Winery, but we won’t be able to offer this amazing deal.

Thanks for the question. Thomas’s Bach is a family friendly restaurant, but the GrabOne offer is for adults as it includes wine with the package. We recommend purchasing the GrabOne offers for the adults. For the children you can purchase their ferry passes online, and book them on our bus when you book in your GrabOne. The kids can then order from our children’s menu on the day. If you have any questions please give us a call at 093723223.

Thanks for reaching out to us. The Batch Bus is only available from Friday through Sunday, so we would not be able to pick you up on Thursday. We can time your bus pickup and drop off with the Fullers Ferry commuting from Devonport Friday – Sunday. Make sure to let us know what ferry you would like to catch departing Waiheke so we make sure to get you to the proper ferry. Please call us for any additional clarification 093723223.

I plan to travel from Auckland to Waiheke on a Friday in August and plan to leave my accommodation , oneroa Bay villas on Oceanview Road （ close toa bus stop）to your winery on Sunday. Can I buy this coupon for myself and take the ferry on Friday to Waiheke and go to your place by your bus on Sunday and drop me off to Ferry after? Can I bring my daughter with me in the bus and to your restaurant for high tea? Thx
