Julie Meagher commented over 10 years ago. when you say not available to people already on the database ,can I just clarify please. This means anyone who is already a subscriber to the APO ? If so can I suggest that condition is made a little clearer in the main body of the grabone deal.

Following on from Julie's comment, I am not a subscriber as such but am on the APO's database as I do buy occasional tickets from them direct for smaller local events. The wording says " Or maybe you're a dedicated fan who just can't get enough?". Surely that's contradictory?? Definitely needs clarification.

We have deleted and cancelled the rule: 'Valid only for people not currently on the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra database' as we do not want to confuse or limit this offer to anyone who might be on our database/or a subscriber already. Sorry for any inconveniences and you both are fine to buy this package.

Irene Joyce commented over 10 years ago. It says at the bottom that the offer is only valid until 24 March but I assume tickets can be selected for any of the 2015 concerts?

Yes the voucher must be redeemed with the APO before 24 March, but concerts are from the 2015 seasons main series. So 17 concerts over 2015 season. We just want to ensure that vouchers get redeemed as soon as possible as our main series concerts are very popular.

I realise we don;t know which seat we'll end up with, but want to know how we can be sure we'll be together (or if that's not the case - I need to know). thanks

Your seats are subject to availability in the week of the concert and at the APO discretion. With this package you can't pick your own seats, only your concerts from our 3 main series, subject to availability.

The wording says "Attend any three shows from 18 exciting concerts in The New Zealand Herald Premier Series, Bayleys Great Classics and Newstalk ZB Sources of Inspiration series." (copied and pasted). Nowhere in the offer is there a requirement to select one from each series.??????

This is an error on our part and our previous comment is incorrect. Please be assured that you can pick your 3 concerts from any of the 18 concerts over The New Zealand Herald Premier Series, Bayleys Great Classics and Newstalk ZB series. Sorry for any confusion, so yes you are both correct and you can have 3 from one series if preferred.
