Kristy Hulme commented over 9 years ago. My car is a Ford Mondeo TDI is manufactured in Europe does this qualify my car as a European car? Also its a diesel so am I able to purchase the voucher for my car?

Customer Service Service commented over 9 years ago. Hi Junior, yes you can upgrade. Once you have bought your GrabOne deal, you can choose from which Platinum when you bring your car in. Depending whether you need a Standard, European or Diesel service.

How much extra will depend on whether your purchase the Standard or European Gold deal, extra charges would be $60 (Standard or European Gold up to Standard or European Platinum), or $100 (Standard Gold to Platinum Diesel) or if you purchase the standard Gold and move all the way to a European Platinum the extra charge would be $140.

Our people can also explain and confirm and give you exact charges when you come in and before you choose any upgrade, thanks.
Junior Ali commented over 9 years ago. Great so just to clarify. I'm getting the standard Gold as I have a Nissan so moving to Platinum will be an extra $60 so all up I'm looking @ $189 yes?

I have a Mazda Axela MPS (2.3, Turbocharged). I think it requires Synthetic oil, 5L. What would it cost for this oil in the Gold service?

Hi Rob, your MPS does require extra oil - the total fill is approx. 5.7 litres, but you don't have to use synthetic oil (although synthetic is obviously better). If you got either the standard or European Gold you would need to pay an extra $20 approx. over the original deal price to cover the extra oil and charge on the cartridge oil filter... the main difference being the standard service would be mineral engine oil and the European service will use fully synthetic. I have a Nissan Murano 3.5L, which I would like to be serviced.
We usually us fully synthetic oil. I would also like wheel alignment done on it, any of the services include that?

Our services don't include a wheel alignment but you can arrange this for an extra charge at site where our team will have this done if you wish. Thanks

What weight oil do you use?
I need 0W-40 Full Synthetic.

The time we need for the service varies from location to location, as well as what type of car you have and what time of day you book for. If booked, as a rule of thumb the service should be completed between 1-2 hours. Thanks
