Hi Natalie, it’s always best to take a look at the car if it's making strange noises before we recommend, as if it’s something simple we can usually find the fault as part of the service, if not then we can advise what will be involved for the next step. Once you come into the site and we see the vehicle and discuss the issues we can recommend the best service to upgrade too, If we think this is required.
