Delcia Blackledge commented over 9 years ago. Can I use this if I am Level 2 beginner rather than Level 1 first timer? What if my wife wishes to do the lesson with me? Would she just need to buy a pass?
Sharyn Brown commented over 9 years ago. Is this suitable for a 9 & 11 year old? Thanks
John from Snowplanet commented over 9 years ago. Hi Delcia. No this is strictly for first timers. Please go on our Grabone event page and grab the $59 group lesson which is aimed at your level - http://www.grabone.co.nz/auckland/snowplanet-342?_ga=1.5965364.608775271.1431665425
Cindy Cheong commented over 9 years ago. could this be a family lesson for myself and my daughter 5 years old which we both are first timer. or could I buy group lesson for 2 of us? if I buy this private could my daughter join me by buying the day pass of $39 selling now in grabone
John from Snowplanet commented over 9 years ago. Hi Cindy, no this is strictly a one-on-one. I would buy our main GrabOne feature product (the $39 combo) and then book a private lesson at $99 for you and your daughter to share. You must ring up to book the lesson though
Julie Cheung commented over 9 years ago. Could you please clarify how is this deal different to the Level 1 - First Timer lesson advertise on snowplanet website? http://snowplanet.co.nz/programs-lessons/lessons/

Also, is this deal for one person only? What do you mean by 'book a private lesson at $99 for you and your daughter to share' in your answer to Cindy? Thanks.
Rae Stevenson commented over 9 years ago. Hi I was wanting to book a private lesson for 2 x 20year olds to share without others in the group plus some ski/snowboard time afterwards. Does this cost $99 per person or do they share the lesson making it $99 for the both of them? Is it best to buy the $39 combo deal x 2 and am I then adding x 1 $99 lesson for them to share or x 2 $99 lessons as it's per person? Hope that makes sense :-) Thanks
John from Snowplanet commented over 9 years ago. Hi Jacky, it's the same deal. We are offering it internally too. The first timers pack is only for one person and comprises pass, equipment and lesson all in one. The private lesson is just a one hour lesson and does not include a pass or equipment and is not on special
John from Snowplanet commented over 9 years ago. Hi Rae, you got it right. It is best to buy the $39 combo deal x 2 and then adding x 1 $99 lesson for them to share as up to 3 people can be in a private lesson
Marc Roolvink commented over 9 years ago. Hi,

We are 4 first timers. What would be the best deal for us if I want us all to enjoy the day pass special offered, and have us all in a group lesson?
Jorgia Gallagher commented over 9 years ago. Hi Marc,
Thanks for your interest in this deal :)

John from Snowplanet commented over 9 years ago. Hi Marc, the First Timers Pack is still the best as our group beginner lessons are really designed for people who have had their first taste. A slightly cheaper way would be to buy 4 of our current GrabOne Day Pass Combo deals at $39pp and then pay for two private lessons at $99 per lesson. One private lesson can only take three people so by booking two private lessons we would split you into two small groups of two. Hopefully that makes sense. Please note that you can't buy the lessons through GrabOne but you can buy the combo passes as they are our main event. For the lessons you will need to call Snowplanet and book them over the phone
jia liu commented over 9 years ago. Hi there
I am quite confused with this deal.
is the first timer private lesson ($99) strictly one to one OR
is it can be shared up to 3 person for a private lesson?

thanks
Jorgia Gallagher commented over 9 years ago. Hi Jia,

John from Snowplanet commented over 9 years ago. Hi jia. The first Timers pack is a one-on-one package for people who have never skied or snowboarded and for $99 it includes a 2hr pass, equipment (skis/snowboard, boots & helmet) and a personalized lesson so you get your own instructor. This pack cannot be shared. On the other hand we also sell private lessons, also for $99, but the lesson is just a lesson and does not include a pass to the snow or any equipment. These private lessons can accommodate up to three people. Does that make sense. Let me know what you would like to do and I will recommend the best and cheapest way for you to achieve it
