Yes this bin can be used for both general and garden waste. Collections are done throughout the Wellington area including this also includes Churton Park. The expiry on the deal is for when you need to redeem the voucher by, there is no expiry on the tags.

Yes if you already have a general waste bin on our advanced bill you can also purchase our on demand service, you have the option of having both services or just the on demand.
