Santa Cake Class - Suitable for decorators of all skill levels, this is the perfect cake for your Christmas table, or as a gift! You will learn how to create a wood grain effect, emboss, use patchwork cutters, and basic modelling, as well as cutting, icing and covering your cake! You will need: 8”/20cm square cake, 2 cups buttercream icing or ganache, (or fruit cake with jam glaze), two 750g packets of Bakels Pettinice (from the supermarket), and a 12” square board/box lid to fit all the details! All red and black fondant and gumpaste provided. All tools and colours provided.
Pupcakes Class - Learn how to make these cute Christmas puppies using two cupcakes! Perfect as a gift, Secret Santa present, or something cute for the table! In this class you will do fondant and modelling work, learn how to cover your board, as well as using plunger cutters and tools to create a variety of Christmas patterns. You will need: an 8”/20cm cake board or card and box to take it home, all other cupcakes, fondant, tools & colours provided.
Christmas Cupcakes Class - Learn how to ice cupcakes, and work with a multitude of fun cake decorating tools to make your own reindeer, holly, snowflakes, and more! Everything is provided for this class, and you will take away 6 of my signature chocolate cupcakes, boxed ready to gift – or keep for yourself!
Mr & Mrs Cupcakes and Cupcakes Classes - Learn how to make two regular cupcakes into a very cute Mr & Mrs Claus! Perfect as a gift or for your Christmas table! Working with fondant, gum paste and a variety of tools, these are techniques you can apply to lots of designs for any season! You will need: a box to take this home in. Cupcakes, fondant, tools & colours provided.
Cake Pops Class - Always wondered how to make cakepops? Now’s your chance. These are fun, delicious – and perfect as gifts for Christmas. In this class you will learn how to make your own cakepops, dip them in chocolate, and decorate. Lots of foolproof tips & tricks to use at home, you will go home with 6 cakepops of your own! Make a Christmas tree, reindeer, Santa hat, and more! Everything is provided, just bring along a box/egg carton to take them home in.
Cupcakes Class - Learn how to ice cupcakes, and work with a multitude of fun cake decorating tools to make your own flowers, bows and more. Everything is provided for this class, and you will take away six signature chocolate cupcakes, boxed ready to gift – or keep for yourself.
Cake Basic Class - Bring a 6” round cake, two cups of icing, a 750g packet of Bakels pettinice fondant and a box to take your cake home in. The Basics class focuses on the core aspects of cake decorating; you'll use buttercream, fondant and gum paste all in the one class, so this is perfect workshop for complete beginners, or cake decorators wanting to brush up on their skills. Learn how to create a classic ribbon-look bow as well as the best way to level, fill and ice your cake quickly and easily. You'll also get a quick introduction to many of the basic principles of cake decorating. This is a very hands-on, three-hour class!
Flowers - Bring either the pre-covered cake to add the flowers onto, or something to carry them home in. You will learn how to make roses, anemone flowers, frangipanis & chrysanthemums, plus tips for working with flower wire, tape and assembling sprays using fondant, gum paste, tools, stamens and wires!
Stiletto Shoe - All fondant, gum paste, gel colours and tools are provided for each class. You will need to take an 8" square cake, three cups of icing and a cake board or box for transporting the cake home. Learn how to properly construct a basic stiletto shoe, transform a square cake into a sharp-cornered box and decorate using silicone moulds, drapes and lots of glitter. This class is aimed at all skill levels, however it is recommended that you take the Cake Basics Class first if you are a beginner.
