If it is existing powerpoints which need replacing that's different. Call Wayan on 027 572 4534 to check. However depending on the problem, it may only take the 2hrs, or it may even require more time. If it is faulty simmerstats - the availability of these items could mean a return visit to fit, once ordered & collected.
