Once booked you can cancel your booking up to 2pm the day prior to arrival, although to rebook the new dates must still be within the valid dates.

Hi Tabitha, you can certainly bring your own cot for your infant but if you can please let reservations team know so we can note the correct number of people on your booking. If you don't want to bring your cot we can provide one for you, they are complimentary but subject to availability. There is no extra charge for infants breakfast.

I see mention of paying extra for childrens breakfasts, and that's fine. Just want to know about the room itself.

We have limited availability in room types that would accommodate 2 adults & 2 children. I would recommend speaking to our reservations team to check available room types on the dates you are interested in. If you purchase the voucher & we don't have availability you can get a refund from grabone within 48 hours of purchase or call our reservations team first to discuss available options on 04 495 0279.
