I have a current web site , quite old now , so would like to look at the ecommerce site ..... a couple of questions if I can ... for overseas orders I use NZ Post , will the shopping cart be able to provide customers with shipping charges based on where they live using NZ Post ? .... what are the ongoing costs once the web site is completed ? .... I suppose that by the time you reply the deal may be over , but I cannot order without this information ..... Regards Francis NOM

However, I believe I can still purchase - which is great. One last question - I return the first week of October and wanted to advise if it was okay to schedule the first meeting after the expiry date as I'll be arriving back approximately the date of expiry and know my partner will want me with him - is that okay? Likely to be able to meet by the end of October? Please let me know and I'll then purchase. Again, thanks so much for your help.

Hi Francis, we are glad to announce our deal has been extended to today :) Our system can actually be connected straight to NZ Post's shipping costs so when the customer types in their postal code it will tell them the cost! Very very smart. Once the site is completed and handed over to yourself you will be able to manage all incoming and outgoing orders, add/change/delete products, add new content like pictures blog posts etc.. if you are wanting technical help like a complete change in colours, styles etc this is charged at $50 per hour. The other ongoing costs are explained in the deal are they yearly domain name which is $45 and hosting for $8 a month :) we have some of the cheapest ongoing prices in the industry.

Do you have set templates that you work from when you design websites? My current site (www.alare.co.nz) wasn't designed in Wordpress but I'm looking to change to a Wordpress site and in the future I'd like to add an e-commerce site. I really like the layout and format of my existing site but would like something similar created in Wordpress if possible? Thanks, Hannah

We can definitely build something very very similar for you, we can start your website off and in the future be able to add in an ecommerce. I'm toying with the idea of starting a personal website wherein which I can use as a personal VLOG, and also as for my side-line interest - motivational speaking/Master of Ceremonies/public speaking/corporate coaching.

Any website would need to be built on a wordpress template, be very visually enticing,i.e. have large visual panes featuring high-res images, include an e-commerce back-end/shop, and have the following functionailty/tabs:

HOME
ABOUT
VLOG {To facilitate 1080p HD vid mininmum}
PURCHASE {Wherein people can purchase product,ie book DVD etc}
PRESSROOM* {for media releases/articles etc}
CONTACT

Website will also need to have social media buttons/accessibility,i.e. facebook, twitter, instagram, YouTube

Can you please advise what package I'd need to pull this off adequately? Also, I would ideally purchase a .nz domain name versus a .co.nz or .com

All of our websites are built in the Wordpress CMS, there is definitely a design we can do for you that matches your requirements.

Our system can integrate with video providers such as vimeo, would this work for you?

You would need to purchase the ecommerce package if you would like an online store, there is a $79 one off licence fee and we are now recommending eWay.

Social buttons are standard across our websites and the .nz web address is no problem at all.

Thanks for answering my question. I'm still in the process of trying to get my head around the VLOG thing, and had assumed Vimeo was more an enviroment for professional Videographers/Cinematographers as opposed to my budget lookin' VLOG attempts. That's why I thought YouTibe would be a better forum, and more potential to look at monetising options going forward.
So, regarding cost Jesse, can I just qualify total cost to get this sorted please?
1. $349.00 for the eCommerce package;
2. $79.00 one-off licencing fee;
3. Ongoing hosting cost?....

YouTube is probably a better place to start anyway, sorry I am used to using Vimeo for some of my customers so its the first thing that pops in my head.

So the package you purchase for $349 includes a domain name and hosting for a year, after that year is up it is just $45 for the domain for a year and $6 a month hosting (so total yearly cost will be $117).

You will be able to manage your website the moment we hand it over with changing content, adding photos and videos and processing orders etc but if you wanted us to do some design changes it is just $50 an hour but this is completely optional.
