Valid Monday-Friday & Sunday only. Strict weight limits apply. To undertake this activity you must weigh at least 30kg (66lbs) and not more than 125kg (275lbs). Please ensure that you, or anyone you are gifting this to, falls within the weight limits as participants who book and present themselves but are outside these weight limits will not be entitled to a refund. Bookings essential. Subject to availability and weather conditions. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled departure time are non-refundable. Bookings amended to another date and/or time within 48-hours of scheduled departure time are subject to a rescheduling fee of $49 per person. Participants that fail to present themselves 15 minutes before their zipline tour time (‘no show’) will forfeit 100% of their payment. Bookings can be amended once at least 48 hours before departure time free of charge. Any subsequent amendments or cancellations will be subject to the cancellation charges set out in these Terms. If weather conditions necessitate cancellation, EcoZip Adventures will use all reasonable endeavours to notify the Participant in sufficient time. EcoZip Adventures is not liable in any circumstances for any costs incurred by the Participant as a result of such a cancellation. In the event that a tour is cancelled, the Participant will be offered either a full refund or a booking transfer to an alternative date and/or time. No age limit, but participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied on the zipine tour by a parent or guardian properly authorised to agree to the booking terms and to sign the Participation Waiver on the minor's behalf. No other refunds unless required by law. No cashback. Not to be used with any other offers.
