The restaurant has confirmed the following are available as gluten free meals. Please advise upon ordering:

Menu:

Starter

Snow pea, coconut and avocado salad, crisp whitebait, Thai basil, slow egg, sugar and lime
Beetroot and cress salad, chevre, dried berries, walnut, apple and wood sorrel

Mains

Beef sirloin, caramelised onion, Madeira, swiss chard, Parkvale swiss mushrooms
Pan fried market fish, cloudy bay clams, mussels, tomato, chorizo, wild fennel, fennel puree

Dessert
(not included, available for a surcharge)

Fix and Fogg peanut butter parfait, Wellington Chocolate Factory Koko Samoa ganache brownie, salted butterscotch ( **Without the brownie** )

Unfortunately this is a set menu and can not be altered.
However you can purchase dessert directly.
