Yes these classes are suitable for beginners. There will be a mix with more senior students, but you will specific help with the beginner syllabus.

Just come along wearing comfortable clothes and shoes. We do have a uniform, but you don't need to get it for the deal.

All the training centres in wellington have two classes per week, and YES this deal gives you access to both classes at the venue you select :)
