Graham from Auckland SkyWalk commented over 9 years ago. Hi Rodney, if we have to close for weather conditions then yes you'd be able to get a refund from GrabOne. Not looking like a great day tomorrow if that's your one day...
Rodney Prescott commented over 9 years ago. Ok cool, na not tomorrow but Mabey in a few weeks . Cheers
Emma de Tute commented over 9 years ago. Thanks for that Graham!

Keep the questions coming for this great deal everyone :)
Chanelle Boeldt commented over 9 years ago. Would love to purchase a Skywalk and use it for next week. What if the weather is bad and I can not use it. can I just show up anytime at the ticket counter at SkyTower....
Habib Arslan commented over 9 years ago. Hi There,

Just wondering that if taking my gopro with me would be alright?
Thanks
Emma de Tute commented over 9 years ago. Hey Guys!
Thanks for your interest in this one!
The Auckland SkyWalk Team will be back online later today to help you both - have a great day :)
Graham from Auckland SkyWalk commented over 9 years ago. Hi Chanelle - if we have to close for weather and you're not able to make it back on another date then you can get a refund from GrabOne. Always best to book ahead to ensure you get the time you want but you can just turn up.

Hi Habib - for the safety of the people below you, nothing can be taken with you out on the SkyWalk.
RODNEY PRESCOTT commented over 9 years ago. do we get photos at all ?
Graham from Auckland SkyWalk commented over 9 years ago. Welcome back Rodney, photos and video are available for purchase $30 for photos, $65 for video and photos.
Bianca Heilman commented over 9 years ago. Are we able to visit any of the observation decks before or after doing the Sky Walk? I'm just curious if we're allowed to soak in the views from behind the glass as well.
Thanks!
Graham from Auckland SkyWalk commented over 9 years ago. Hi Bianca - yes you do, all Walkers receive a pass to go up the SkyTower afterwards, valid for that day only.
Sotia Coutts commented over 9 years ago. Can two 10 year old walk without parent supervision? Will there be a staff walking wit the group too?
Graham from Auckland SkyWalk commented over 9 years ago. Hi Sotia - yes there's a guide with every group. I wouldn't recommend sending two 10 year olds on the Walk without an parent but it is permissible. There's no safety risk for them but the SkyWalk can be intimidating so without the extra support of a parent (along with the guide) the children may not go through with the activity once they get to the top, there's no refund in this circumstance so that would be at your risk.
