RODNEY PRESCOTT commented over 7 years ago. if I buy this voucher but the weather is too crap to do it the day I am in Auckland can I get a refund ? im not from Auckland so only have the 1 day to do this walk . cheers Rod

Bianca Heilman commented over 7 years ago. Are we able to visit any of the observation decks before or after doing the Sky Walk? I'm just curious if we're allowed to soak in the views from behind the glass as well.

Graham from Auckland SkyWalk commented over 7 years ago. Hi Sotia - yes there's a guide with every group. I wouldn't recommend sending two 10 year olds on the Walk without an parent but it is permissible. There's no safety risk for them but the SkyWalk can be intimidating so without the extra support of a parent (along with the guide) the children may not go through with the activity once they get to the top, there's no refund in this circumstance so that would be at your risk.
