For the mail-in option, your device will be sent back to you for an additional $10 return courier charge, payable direct. Signature required post is required for mail-ins and the cost of postage is to be paid by the sender (responsibility for parcel tracking is not held by Omni Tech, so be sure to keep your postal receipt/tracking number). You must have your GrabOne voucher present for online redemption purposes. No voucher/code, no repair. Repairs come with a 3 month warranty, however if your device has been repaired before, the standard 3 month warranty will only apply to the component installed during the repair. If any further faults are discovered during the repair, you will be contacted with a no obligations quote, outlining the fault and extra cost involved.
