Valid service area is within 15kms from Base Shopping Centre, Hamilton. Additional travel charges of $1/km apply outside of this area. Valid only for the size specified. Normal charges will apply for any larger spaces if required. $3 per stair applies for staircase, payable direct. If there is more than one lounge, additional $40 applies. Rooms must have all furniture and contents moved out of room prior to carpet shampoo, surcharges may apply for removal/movement of content or time taken to wait for removal after arrival. Parking charges may apply if parking is not available at your property. Strict 48hr cancelation policy. Refund will not be issued if the booking is cancelled less than 48hrs before.
