Hot Bikram Yoga is a beginner-friendly series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises. Bikram Yoga is a simple and effective series that is equally great for anyone who has never practiced any yoga before or the trained athlete looking to improve mobility and focus. If you have back problems, or any physical injuries, this series is perfect for rehabilitation.

Hot Power Vinyasa is a dynamic form of Hatha yoga for practitioners of all levels. The foundations of a Power Vinyasa practice are sun salutations. Power Vinyasa postures are sequenced to establish a flow, fluidly moving from one posture to the next, warming you into your practice, to work through your entire body building flexibility, strength, good postural alignment and stamina.

Yin Yoga is a therapeutic yoga that will help you to balance a busy lifestyle. Yin is an excellent option for everyone and is a great antidote to sports-related and sitting-related stiffness and is deeply relaxing. Yin is practiced at room temperature (no heat) and is a meditative slow-paced yoga that explores long, deep stretching to enhance joint mobility and flexibility; this class is perfect for healing the body's connective tissues and primarily targets the area between the rib cage and the knees.

THE HEAT: They use Far Infrared (FIR) Radiant heat in their yoga room. It gives off a heat that is non-invasive, natural, safe and healing. FIR Radiant heat not only feels great but is also extremely therapeutic.

FIR radiant heat is a form of thermal energy. It literally feels like you are in the sun. The heat penetrates deep into the human body, gently elevating the body's surface temperature and activating major bodily functions. When practicing yoga in their hot room, this heat will gently warm your muscles, increasing your flexibility and allowing a deeper and safer stretch.
