are laundry and dishes etc included?
and if so how do the cleaners know where to put everything when done?

The deal is aimed for our standard clean, unfortunately it cannot cover our spring cleaning service.

Here is a breakdown of our standard cleaning guide and the tasks involved. This can be accessed on our website here - https://www.goodnest.co.nz/details#service.

Bedrooms and general areas
Dust furniture and shelves
Clean floors
Empty wastebaskets
Dust light fixtures

Bathrooms
Clean and sanitize sinks, tubs and showers
Clean mirrors and glass
Clean and polish fixtures
Disinfect and clean toilet
Clean floors

Kitchen
Clean counter tops
Clean microwave inside/outside
Wipe down outside cabinets
Clean and polish appliances
Clean floors

At this moment, laundry and dishes are not a service that we cover or that can be booked as an extra. We advised to ask the cleaner as the might be able to clean some dishes and fold some laundry items, but it always best to check with them if they can do it as we won't be able to guarantee that task will be performed.

Hi, just double checking we are included in the area covered before I purchase a voucher - we are just off Raynes Road by the Hamilton Airport so within 15 km of Hamilton (approximately 12km from city centre - and if I purchased six hours this could be used for two or three cleans? thanks

I understand that oven cleans are not included, but can I pay for that separately, so it can all be done in one visit?
I'd like to buy a 3 hour clean (my house is small so probably won't take that long) but would like to add an extra, like on your website. Are you able to advise how much the oven clean would be please?

Hi Jacki, you can add an extra like oven clean as part of your 3 hours if you like with a small extra cost or if you need a 3 hours clean, you can add the oven clean and that will be an extra 1.5 hours.
