George Putnam commented over 8 years ago. Hi Donna, we require bookings to be made at least three days in advance, and you can do this all online. So if you book today, you can request a clean for next week! You will receive booking instructions with your voucher on how to do this.
angela banfield commented over 8 years ago. Hi there, if I purchase the $69 3 hr clean, can the time be spent solely on cleaning the windows and more so the aluminium framing which has built up light mildew, dust etc over winter? Thank you.

Hi Angela, while we do not usually just do windows alone, and these are designed to be added on an an extra you can ask for the cleaner to spend the full three hours on windows. When booking, you can select 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to get the three hour booking. You can then use the notes section to specify that you would like only the windows done. This is so the cleaners can see what is required before accepting the job. Hope this helps!

I would like the offer for just the windows (3hrs) but instead of 2 bathrooms (which are frosted glass) and 3 bedrooms, would my main large kitchen/living area with quite a few windows be done? Is the 3hrs based on inside and outside window cleaning?

George Putnam commented over 8 years ago. Hi Glenys, we usually estimate 1.5 hours for windows, so I think 3 hours should be enough to cover the house if there are a lot of windows. The cleaner will do a spot assessment when they arrive and if there are any concerns (e.g. they think they will need more time) we will let you know. We only do interior cleaning so exterior windows are not included. We also require bookings to be made at least three days in advance.
