Unfortunately the minimum age is 18 years old.

Jaimee McGrail commented over 7 years ago. Hi Just wondering do you have to commit to a particular class eg only attend Monday 5pm class or can it vary?

Reece Hepi commented over 7 years ago. Hey Jamie

No, you are not stuck to one class. All I ask is you call me once before you attend your first class and that's it's.
Once you have your concession card you have twelve classes to use as you please.
Amanda McKeown commented over 7 years ago. You say it's a beginners level so for someone really unfit and who physically can't say do a push up and hasn't done them in 15 years properly or something else they can't Do at the camp then if they choose not to do them and work on them later once they have got stronger elsewhere do they have to or can they stop? Or will they get in trouble like the boot camp tv shows?
Emma from GrabOne commented over 7 years ago. Hey Amanda!
Thanks for your interest! Reece will be back soon to help you with this :)
Reece Hepi commented over 7 years ago. Hey Amanda
Thanks for the question.
If you can't do a push up that is perfectly fine, we will help you build your strength. We actually have a guy start and couldn't do a push-up. 6 months down the track he did over 50, no yelling was needed in his training.
I can imagine a boot camp sounds daunting and I'm not going to lie it will be hard and it will hurt but I don't yell at you like a drill sergeant unless you want me too, even then I don't really like that method.
If someone has absolutely zero level of fitness as a 15 minute walk would leave you grasping for air,
Then the bootcamps my be a little extreme for that individual. However we have had people like that start and they have stuck it out and come out the other end a very different individual.
I hope this helps if you have anymore questions please just call. 0210482192
Reece Hepi commented over 7 years ago. Sorry I missed some of your questions Amanda

All we ask of you is to do your best and not give up when things get a little hard. If you need a rest or need to sit down. It's fine to take a breather.
We will encourage you to get back in if we feel you are ok. If you are looking like you need to stop we will tell u. You want be held at.
Everything you do at the cave is at your own pass and if you can't physically do something we offer alternative exercises.
Ou purpose is to guide you through the workout.
