I had asked via email about Rural Te Awamutu and you quoted $20 travel.
My house is a 3 bedroom with a small 4th bedroom, lounge, medium size entrance way and seperate dining room.
Would the 4 bedroom option plus travel be enough?
House will be empty as will be end of tenancy clean.
