This voucher is intended for single story homes.
In almost all cases a standard flued 2 story chimney clean is valued at $70.00. ($35.00 fee on top of voucher purchase)

alex dallas commented over 7 years ago. Hi, I have a split level home, the fire is on the top level. Is this considered "Two Story?". Also, does the sweep include sealing the chimney over summer so birds don't get in? Thanks

Bird proofing is a seperate service which is $25
Open fire is $80.00 ($35.00 fee on top of voucher)
A correction to the first comment 2 story's home fee is $25.00 not $35.00

As above this voucher is intended for single story homes.
We charge $100.00 for two story open fires, there is a lot more involved.
So in answering your question the fee would be $55.00 on top of voucher
