The introductory fitness, strength and resistance sessions is a program designed to get you into a routine and into shape. The sessions are designed to help all age groups and any level of fitness. You'll endure weekly one-hour sessions that focus on strength, agility and endurance. If you're serious about getting fit for 2012 then this is your chance. Using indoor and outdoor components at all locations, you'll get a workout that's fun, different and forever changing so your body doesn't get too complacent. These introductory group classes will give you a chance to make friends and keep one another on track, all in the beautiful surroundings of Mount Maunganui.
