Amy Tanabe commented over 7 years ago. This sounds fun, but to clarify; you work through papers and leaflets (that all get sent) that have clues to figure out some mystery? is that also in the same packages and I'd have to remove the answers before giving it to the player?

This is really a one time thing for children to complete. The experience is largely about the fact that they have been recruited as a secret agent - the mission has their name on it and you, the parent find a way to surprise them with it. As they complete the mission, all the while believing that they really have been recruited as a secret agent to an international agency, they will also be able to unlock videos at a website "AKA agent headquarters". Yes, this is the first in a what will be a series of "Catch the Red Raven" missions. The kids can work together to solve the mystery. Which makes it a great birthday party activity.

The missions are designed for the children to have their own mission, they could share if you prefer, however, each having their own give the children a chance to work through the puzzles individually.

Bobbi Brogden commented over 7 years ago. Hey, is this a personalised kit? I couldn't get a couple for my youth group to complete it in two groups. It will have to have a name of some sort on it?

Cassandra from Kids Spy Network commented over 7 years ago. Hi, I've had a few comments on sharing packs. I do write the children's name on each pack and give them an agent name. The main issue with children sharing packs is that they don't seem to buy into the "Spy Recruitment" experience as much as when they get their own mission. The enjoyment of the experience really comes from the idea that the children believe that they have been recruited as secret agents. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work as well when they are sharing missions. They can still work together with individual packs but they get a chance to work out the puzzles in their own way!

Thanks for your question. There is a bit of reading involved, however there are also some attached videos which reinforce the messages in the mission. Children are told they are allowed to ask an adult for help as long as they swear them to secrecy first! I hope that helps!
