you need to replace the lcd as well if you have any lines or discoloured spots.
it costs extra $85 for lcd replacement. thank you

And it has a cracked screen and the back is cracked.
Would this be extra. Everything works fine. I'm typing on it now. The back is more cracked than the front.

As long as you have fully working Touch and lcd no extra cost to fix front. $45 for back cover replacement

Apparently if the phone is opened and it is not by a certified iphone/samsung tech the warranty becomes void. Would you have to open the phone for any reason? Just covering all bases before I send it to get fixed.

yes will be voided. somehow you already broke the screen so definitely they will void the warranty because of that.
