Digital remote control thermometer:

• No more half cooked chicken or overdone beef
• Requires four AAA batteries (included) 
• Probe goes into the thickest part of the meat being cooked and plugs into the base unit
• Select meat type (beef, veal, lamb, pork chicken or turkey)
• Select taste (rare to well done)
• Go away and when the internal temperature of the meat reaches the selected setting the hand piece beeps to advise that dinner is ready

Stainless smoker box:

• Size: 100 x 60 x 20mm
• This size fits neatly under the grill, either on the flame tamers or the lava rocks
• To use simply fire up the BBQ with the filled smoker box in position, when the smoke starts to evolve add the food you wish to smoke and close the lid. The smoke will only continue for 10 -15 minutes by which time the effective smoking will have taken place. At this point you can add other foods to cook that you don’t want to be smoke flavoured
