Eduardo Maino commented over 7 years ago. Can this one be used just for the tube?
John from Snowplanet commented over 7 years ago. Hi Eduardo, this deal is not for tubing. Check out our "Tubing for two" deal also on GrabOne!
Ellice Sloper commented over 7 years ago. What are the times that are counted as 'day pass'?
John from Snowplanet commented over 7 years ago. Hi Ellice, a DAY PASS is for the entire day from the moment we open to the moment we close. Check out our opening times online but we are usually open from either 9 or 10am to 10pm or Midnight, depending on the day of the week
Muhammad Nasir commented over 7 years ago. Do we have to buy the ticket for 2 year old?
John from Snowplanet commented over 7 years ago. Hi Muhammad, I don't recommend this product for a 2 year old. I would bring your small child to Snowplay during the week. It is only $19 for parent and child http://snowplanet.co.nz/experiences/play-in-the-snow/
Destinee Jansen commented over 7 years ago. Is this valid for public holidays?
John from Snowplanet commented over 7 years ago. Hi Destinee, it is valid all the way through to 5th February 2017, including public holidays
G&T Doshi commented over 7 years ago. Hi can one adult come for free to just spend time in the cafe while waiting or rest of his family? or there is an entry fee still?
John from Snowplanet commented over 7 years ago. Hi G&T. Anyone can come into our restaurant and viewing area free of charge
Anneke de Bie commented over 7 years ago. Hi there, I just bought two tickets for this deal (both registered to my name). I was wanting to use them both at the same time (me and a friend)....will i be able to do this?
John from Snowplanet commented over 7 years ago. Hi Anneke, yes you can
Fran Darragh commented over 7 years ago. What is the youngest you would recommend this is for? Fran
John from Snowplanet commented over 7 years ago. Hi Fran, given it is an all day pass you would want your kids to get at least a few hours use out of it so if they already ski or snowboard then 4-5 should be ok. If they are new to the sport then maybe a little older, 6-7
carmelanna79@gmail.com commented over 7 years ago. Hi I have 5 and 7yr olds that snowboard. Do you have 90cm and 100cm snowboards? And size 12 & 1 boots? Thats what they usually hire up on the mountain :)
John from Snowplanet commented over 7 years ago. Hi Carmel, yes we have those sizes
