Sophie Neitzel commented 11 months ago. How long is the trip in total? 1hour kayak, but how many hours is the bus trip, boat cruise and observatory visit? Is there in winter season a daily departure from Te Anau? Thanks

The bus trip from Te Anau is a full day departing 8.15am, returning approx 5pm. The Cruise/Discovery Centre/Kayak portion of the experience is approx 3.5 hr - 4hrs.

jing lu commented 11 months ago. Do you offer coach from Queenstown? And how much for that? And where and when do I take the coach?
Elyse Stephens commented 11 months ago. We're planning a trip to NZ in September. If we purchase this deal but then can't redeem it on the specific dates that we will be in that area if they are booked out/not operating due to weather etc, are we able to get our money back?

Thank you for your enquiry. Unfortunately, we do not offer transport from Queenstown to connect with our kayaking tours. You can however fly by air from Queenstown or stay overnight in Te Anau.

Hi Elyse,

Thank you for your enquiry! At this stage we have plenty of availability in September. It is very unlikely that the kayaking would be cancelled as we operate rain or shine. The sound itself is very calm and Harrison's Cove where the kayaking tours operate is very sheltered from the wind.
