For decramastic tile roofs there will be a further charge (aprox 300-600) for a primer/base coat and further work required to prep the roof thoroughly, payable direct to merchant. Single-level house with a walk-able pitched roof are suitable without a prior assessment. For two-story homes or steep pitched roofs, roof protection may be required. Any roof not suitable will be given a refund (or abseil or roof protection options will be discussed.) Deal includes all paint, 10-year guarantee and materials. Any rust or roof repairs incur extra cost. Does not include soffets, fascias or guttering (these can be priced as extras prior to starting on the roof.
