Go Dive from Go Dive commented over 7 years ago. Linda....the maximum depth we go to is 12 metres, this does depend on each individual though and how confident you are. Average depth would be 6 metres. regards Brent

We want to try, but we have only one specific date - what if the weather will be bad that day and diving will be cancelled, do you refund? Because we live far from Picton and come another day.

If you only have one date that you are able to attend, I would suggest contacting the merchant direct on 0800 GODIVE to see what they can do for you :)

Sure, they can book it for us on that day, but the question was if because of the weather or any other reason it will be cancelled - do you refund the money for the vouchers? Because we won't have second chance to try.

Hi Paul - generally speaking if a booking is cancelled due to weather, the merchant has the right to offer an alternative date as opposed to just refunding. However, if you are only able to make one date, they may be willing to refund you if the dive is called off but you would need to check this with them directly :)
